Genoa/jib for boat w/Lifelines.

Hello again, all.

I have a 16/2 with a pulpit rail and life lines,

I would like to get the beefiest jib (for lighter winds) that is cut
to work with a pendant and work without being deformed or constrained by
the tubing of the bow pulpit rail.

Can any one give their experience with jibs sized for use with a pendant?

i am having trouble finding what sail cut or where I could order such a sail from.
