1991 23 For Sale in Florida

In case anyone is interested, I'm selling my 23.  The boat is near Clearwater Florida. 

I just bought the boat a few months ago, and have found that I just don't have time to use it as I would have hoped and can't keep paying dock fees now that I have a child entering college.

The price is low for a quick sale, there are now major issues with the boat that I know of.
