Greetings, to all.  I recently relocated to Traverse City, MI.  I have a CP 19 and I am trying to get reacquainted with sailing. I was hoping there might be some local CP Sailors I could talk with to get myself squared away with some mechanical issues ad well as some sailing questions. Best regards.  Bill

Well Bill:
although I'm nowhere near you, allow me to be the first to welcome you to the site. I'm sure you'll be getting some great responses- there are a number of 19 guys here.
   Again, welcome!

Bill,

I'm in northern illinois and wouldn't mind traveling to sail beautiful michigan.

We're in florida for the get together and then headed to the keys for a couple of weeks, but i'll pm you when we return.

Welcome!

Welcome.   I have a '83 CP 16, and I live in the Ann Arbor area, but we'll be camping at Sleeping bear dunes 6/28 -7/6, and I plan to have the boat up there.  I'd love to sail out to the Manitou islands like I did last year.  It would be great to have another boat along.

I am in Northern Indiana and our local sailing club (various trailersailers) is doing a group trip to Traverse City this summer.   We will be sailing Grand Traverse Bay July 12-18 but we will be in Traverse City the nights of 15 and 16 and I would welcome meeting up with you while in town if you are available.
