Has Peak Sails gone out of business?  I am having troubles with a sail (for a non CP sailboat that I have) and have not been able to get them to reply to phone messages, emails or web site submissions.  I'm getting a little worried about them.

It looks like they are horrible at communication, I found several posts from 2007 to 2013 that the buyers never hear from the company. Sad if that is the case.....

Some ripoff reports and BBB stuff all speak to the same communication errors. One report looked as if the guy spent a ton of time trying to contact them over several months before he finally disputed his credit card and then they responded.

You might have to just keep trying, because it seems those who keep trying and trying finally reach someone at some point.

Thanks.  I will wear them out.  They could be avoiding me since I have a problem with the sail I got from them.

I might be able to patch if you bring to CLR. What is the issue with it?
