C23-1 with trailer with a 4K ask.

I found this Craigslist ad for a C23 today.  The seller did not mention it was a Compac so he is either a poor ad composer or perhaps not familiar with what he is selling. Anyway if you are interested in what appears to be a half way decent boat with a nicely adapted trailer here is the link. Please let me know if this is a dead end and I will delete.
