monday when i was at carlyle lake i looked at a newer cp16 with a bowsprit. clr sailors know the boat (poor little bugger needs a good home). anyway i saw that it was just bolted to a cp16 bow with the addition of a larger pulpit. i was thinking about adding a sprit to my 16 and retaining the original front stay mounting point. im thinking that i could retain my furled 110 as it was originally mounted and add another stay forward on the sprit to mount another furler having a 135 on it. the 135 would remained furled until needed  for light air days. at that time the 110 could be furled and the 135 put into service. since the 135 is an original sail i think the standard rig could handle the load. with two furlers (i already have them made) would ensure quick sail changes with little need to venture forward. opinions please
