   I agree that it was one of the best books I've read also. I felt like I was right there in the raft with him. If you can find it, "The Cape Horn Breed" is fantastic. Out of print I think but maybe a rare book dealer can get it. Or, of course- Amazon!

Now I'm reading Wm F. Buckley, Jr.'s book Airborne; A Sentimental Journey..
