Trade your 19/2 or newer for my 1972 Ericson 27 ?

I would consider an even trade for my 27' Ericson with dock option (your cost) at Sandusky Sailing Club on Lake Erie, for a 19/2 or newer of equal value. (open for discussion) Mine-approx $ 6500. Desire to return to trailer sailing and I like the 19. The 27 is in good condition, 3rd owner, fresh water only,well maintained and cared for.  It would need a main but the fully battened one is not a rag.
