Internet sailboat shopping

Has anyone experienced shopping with Sailnet.com recently. I have two overdue orders with them and get no answers when I make an inquiry as to when they might arrive. A note on their home page appears to make me believe others are unsatisfied with the service. Help! Thanks, Steve

I heard some scuttlebut on the atomic 4 list that sailnet was going out of business.  Don't know for sure but it could explain some of the problems.

From what I've heard on other boards, they have been having these problems for a long time.  I certainly wouldn't do business with them.
