I would like to get a bimini for Meridian this spring. Anyone have a good source?

Thanks,
Speak

Billy

I got a bimini for my 19 from the Com-Pac factory. It fits and works great! cost about $400
1983 Com-Pac 19 I hull number 35 -no name-

I got mine from Ameri-Brand products. It was a little bigger and less expensive. The first order was the wrong color but they provided good service to get the right color. It was too tall and I had to cut it shorther, but I knew that and planned for it. Also, do a little searching on this site for bimini and you will find other useful comments.

My garage might be a good source.  I have a bimini that I don't use anymore.  Where do you live?

Its might not be worth it to ship it.  It was in good shape when I last looked at it but I might want to take another look since its been years.

I have the Ameri-Brand too in stainless. Details at:

The 3 bow is nice for the shade but it does make it a little harder to manage.

Looks like the same one I have.  Mine is a light tan.  I'll take a photo when I get a chance.

I'm considering removing the rails so it would be complete, with a few seasons worth or wear on the canvas.
Unless the mice got to it.  At least they won't eat the SS framing.

I live in upstate NY - near Rochester. PM- me if you would like to talk about selling what you have. Even if it's just the frame, I might want to work with you.

I see that many c23's  have a track that the bimini rear support bar sits into; allowing to slide it aft/forward .
Do you know if this a compac factory part or universa ?l

Shawn

The track on mine was purchased along with the bimini itself.

I bought a long track, 4', thinking it would be handy to move fore and aft. Only problem is the two tracks can not be installed parallel to each other. So it is a hard pull trying to get the bimini to either end. One end is too wide, the other end is too short. The middle two feet works best on my setup.
