1983 Com-Pac 16.

Solid keel.

New sails.  

New halyards, sheets. All lines run aft to cockpit.

Spinlock halyard clutches.

Jib down haul. Topping lift.

New navigation lights with fused circuit panel.

Teak refinished. Teak hatch boards including one with screen.

Bottom paint removed by hand, no sanding done to hull. Could be painted or left as is.

Rudder and tiller refinished.

Bimini.

2002 Nissan 4 stroke 5hp outboard / would sell without motor if desired.

New 90 psi trailer tires and wheels. Spare tire.

New bearing buddies.

LED trailer lights.

Keel and boat guides. Loading and launching is a piece of cake!

Depth finder. (not through hulled) I don't believe in drilling holes in boats Wink
