com-pac 23' boat is white, in good not like new condition but is in sail away condition. It has a main and jib 3 years old. It has an older jib  and a jenny in good condition. like new  sail cover and tiller, shore power and too many extras to name. Boat needs cleaning and some wax. If boat was like new I would ask 10,000.00.
Boat has a 3 year old a 5 horse 4 cycle engine being tuned for this sale. It has used 10  gallons in 4 year since bought new.
Asking $4000.00 and engine for boat without the trailer.

I have a tandem trailer galvanized with custom bunk but not excited about selling. I would sell it for $1000.00, I paid 1,200. plus  the bunk was an additional $400.00.

I have over 7,000.00 in the boat sails and engine alone. I love this boat but have found a larger coastal boat. This is a sweet sailing boat very safe, sailed by older man in fresh water.

First firm 4000.00 cash takes the boat.

I am in Lexington, NC
