An excellent family sailboat, perfect for the Chesapeake Bay, the 23-foot Com-Pac draws only 27 inches and is fully trailerable.

But no need to haul this boat around as it comes with its own slip at the full services Bowleys Marina (http://www.bowleysmarina.com/) that includes swimming pool, bath house and laundry, ship's store, social activities and a great location for fast access to the bay (near popular Hart-Miller Island). The Marina is 15 miles from Baltimore City. This slip, E-44, is north-facing and well-sheltered. It is fast-in, fast out – cast off and you're in the bay. Water and electric (metered) at each slip.

Boat is being sold by second owner. First owner stopped sailing in 1998 and the boat was stored out of the water for approximately 6 years. Sails have been refurbished by SailCare in  Pittsburgh and are like new; new halyards and new canvas covers and jib bag. Electric upgraded and new Sony stereo installed. Johnson 6 hp outboard motor has been tuned and serviced.
