Pictures showing up twice?

Anyone know what is causing that.  I get the file, the file name shows up in the body of the message, I hit insert and I get two copies.  What am I doing wrong.  I think if I did not hit insert it just shows up as a link.

I had the same problem. Try NOT hitting insert. It won't show in the preview, but should post.
