Unfortunately, the time has come to part with our Com-Pac 16 Mk III. Very well maintained 1989 Com-Pac 16 Mk III Pocket Cruiser, 1100 lbs. Displacement, 450 lbs. Ballast, 16" LOA, 14' LWL, 6' Beam, 1'6" Draft. Exceptionally stable and a great boat for a beginner or an old salt. Easy to step the mast and single hand. Sail-away, trailer-away condition fully outfitted. Clean VA title for boat and trailer. Sails include Tanbark Main & Jib on a CDI FF1 roller furler (sails maintained by SailCare) and Asym Spinnaker.

New High Performance Kick Up Rudder by Rudder Craft - better pointing, crisper tacking, easy trailering, and grounding protection.
