Can't Update Forum Profile

I hate to ask for this kind of help because it's probably a simple solution, but every time I try to change my avatar or profile information, I get:

This page isn't working right now
cpyoa.com can't currently handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

What am I doing wrong?  Thanks.

I am unable to replicate your error as this is probably a transient Server error,.

Hi, I'm having the same issue trying to update my profile as well. Tim, I tried to send you a PM about this topic the other day, but not sure if it went through -- if I should send the PM to someone else, please let me know -- I honestly wasn't sure to whom I should send the email, but I thought I'd try first with you.  Additionally, thought I'd try to reach out here on this thread, too, to see if I could learn any additional particulars.

Thanks so much for letting me know -- I appreciate it! It's strange as I have the issue no matter which device or browser I use -- not sure if that is helpful info, but thought I'd let you know just in case it can help troubleshoot the issue. I've tried with an iPhone, iPad, and a MacBook Pro laptop; browsers include Safari, FireFox, and Chrome.
