1982 Compac 23 For Sale

Hi guys!  We live in Charleston, SC and are selling our 1982 Compac 23 (with trailer).  Bought it last year in hopes of learning to sail and being able to use it often, we just haven't had the time and the boat just sits in the way.  I just posted it to our local Craigslist.  Ad is below.  Any thoughts or suggestions are much appreciated!  Thank you!

I have not seen this particular interior layout before. It looks like there is no v-berth. Do you have the cockpit and interior cushions? Thanks.

Hello, I am so sorry that you lost your 23 in a hurricane -- that's terrible! The 23 in this post is located in the Charleston, SC area. I just recently spoke with the seller and the boat is still available; I'm also looking for a CP 23.
