This boat is for sale for almost 14K.  Mast has been damaged at the hinge, but a repair process is Well known to those that have not gotten the gooseneck below the hinge before dropping the mast.  I'm told by the folks at Conrad Bros Marine that the owner will accept an offer below the asking price.  Call me for more info at 540-798-1388.
Dave Condon, the former owner of this facility is a great sailboat resource to find the real value of this boat.

Tim, I believe this is the HC you posted about previously, and mentioned the possible damage at the gooseneck.

Being familiar with this type of damage, based on the photos you sent I wouldn't hesitate to buy this HC. The damage, if any, is minimal. It doesn't look like any repairs would be required. Maybe a new gooseneck slide, easily sourced from Dwyer Mast.
