Hutchins Compac 16 sailboat ? unmolested hard to find in this excellent condition.  Ready to sail and needs nothing.  Newer very crisp main and jib. The perfect boat for anyone who is new to sailing or seasoned. Great pocket cruiser that sleeps two.  All wood shows well with many coats of varnish.  Trailer is in great shape with newer tires.
