I took a basic CG Auxiliary Boat America course today.  It was ran well so I signed up for a navigation course and a another course that I can't remember.  Hey, that was 45 minutes ago, you can't expect me to remember that far back.

I would like take an ASA 101 course with Joanie too.

I took the USCGA course "Boating Skills & Seamanship" soon after I bought the Suncat.  It was a very good course.

I would love to take those courses, too — Carl, I'm assuming you mean that they were online, too? Could you point me in the right direction? I'd love to do the ASA courses as well.

I took them here in Oriental at a scheduled time and place, not online.  Contact your local CG Aux.  They can give more information about where to take classes in your area.  They may also be able to "inspect" your boat for you.

Thank you so much, Carl! That all sounds fantastic! I will look into it, for sure!

I took my course in person with the USCGA.  Several weeks long with one class a week.
