Freshwater only, sailed only in small inland lake,  CP23 with ALL the most costly maintenance performed, and much gear/hardware upgrades for single handed sailing, includes bimini, cockpit cushions, 2 anchors with rode, tandem shorelander trailer, Honda 8hp 2 cycle longshaft outboard(replaced all electronic unit, impeller, pull cord, lines,ext ) - price - $7500
