The admiral is NOT going to be happy.  I just accepted the ownership of a 1977 Mcvay Minuet.   An 18.33 ft fractional headsail, full keel sloop.  Reminds me of the 30' Shields I sailed in college.   Pretty little boat.  The current owners sold their house on SML & the nephew that wanted the boat just couldn't find a way to transport it to Michigan in time for the closing.   This boat has been lift kept, is in excellent condition, and only suffers from two years of no use due to the owners illness.

Man, is she gonna be PO.

I think an intervention is in order.  Seem to me that it was just a couple of years ago you were in the sluff off mode.  That did not last long.
