2 boat fenders, fender whips, & fender clips...free.

Hwy 70 is a primary corridor from the coast inland.  Just west of New Bern the speed limit goes from 55 mph to 70 mph.  Unsecured items in boats end up on the roadside.  In addition to today's acquisitions I have picked up PFD's, motor covers, & landing nets.

The takeaways:
1. secure everything before hitting the road.
2. keep your eyes open, you might find some roadway bargains.

I travel that road many times going from Kinston to New Bern or Beaufort. Only thing I have received was a flat tire on the sailboat trailer. (CP-19 at that time) lol.

I'll have to look harder!

Add a cushion PFD to the list.

Where do you keep your 23?

I've heard of that club. Also heard it was tough to become a member. Seemed like it had a pretty active fleet though. I'm curious, do you know of any members from the Charlotte area?
Cheers!

I was a member there before dropping down from a 23 to a 16.  Great place, great people.

Razor

Do not know of club members from the Charlotte area, however there are members from many parts of the state.
