1982 ComPac 23 for sale. Have sailed her for many years, but moving and life changes forces us to sell her. She has been out of the water on her trailer for the past 2 years and in fair condition. Sailed on a fresh-water lake for the past 8 years. Needs some TLC. A good coat of bottom paint and cleaning will make her shine again. Includes one main sail and 2 jibs. Sails are in fair condition. Priced to sale. Includes the trailer. Outboard is a Tohatsu 5 long shaft 4 stroke and in good condition. The outboard is negotiable with the boat. Pictures upon request.
