Dazy Staysail

I'm looking at a used J-24 spinnaker and noticed that the seller has a Dazy Staysail for sale as well. I assuming it has a wire luff since I don't recall J-24's having an inner forestay. Anyone have experience with these things?

I'm following. I'd be interested in finding a way to run a drifter with my jib furled.  I've seen where people run synthetic forestays that can be put away when not in use.
