Do you have any pictures of your setup? I've seen a couple of examples but nothing I really like yet. I figured I would put something in the mast step and tie off to the bow railing. The rudder mount though has me particularly stumped.
Sorry, I don't check this forum often.  Yes, pics are attached.

Another angle.  Sorry, I had to crop and reduce the size in order to post.  They don't allow very big files.

Thanks, I like that setup, I'll definitely use that when I get ready to build a proper cradle. I didn't really have the time to build something this year.  I ended up using an old sawhorse as a cradle when I set her up for winter storage. I hope to build a cradle next year that I can use during winter storage and towing.

The sawhorse is genius!  Looks like the perfect height too.  Be careful of just using a tarp, make sure to check on it often, as ice tends to get up under there and can crack the gel coat.  It certainly can and has been done, but I would check often, especially after heavy wind, rain, and/or ice to make sure the gel coat, fiberglass, and wood are protected.  I bought mine from someone who wrapped the boat from bow to stern in blankets and then added a tarp over the top.  If helped absorb any moisture that came up from the bottom.

Yeah, at least it's in my driveway so I can easily check on it. I don't typically get that much snow so I don't think I'll get enough for it to be a problem. I'm more concerned that the old sawhorse won't be able to handle the weight of the snow/ice if it gets a lot of build up. So at some point I may need to uncover it to replace the sawhorse if it can't hold the weight. But this is my first year so we'll see how it goes.

I really like that sawhorse!  It's a multi-tasker and saves money short term!
