Mainsheet Swivel Cleat: how to elevate

I really like my mainsheet swivel cleat with fairlead...
But when I'm sitting to starboard, it's a little low - I sometimes need to reach under the tiller to lock the sheet in place.

Has anyone crafted (something like) a wood block that raises the cleat a couple inches?
a) It can't interfere with my outboard throttle.
b) Aesthetically pleasing would be great!

I'm picturing curved/sloped sides & a flat top... but I don't see any images out there.

I would lean towards not using the bulleye cleat as you have shown, but rather a Ronstan swiveling cam cleat base with a block at the base.

The cam leads are much higher and the block will feed the line more smoothly than a bullseye. I think RF7 is the part number.

Or if you don't want to go that direction, a nice piece or pieces of thick starboard (HDPE plastic) underneath with some butyl tape to seal it would work.
