Finbar Beagle

Folks,

I have a small spinnaker from an o day daysailor. (I=13.8 ft).  It will be a low wind day tomorrow.

How much trouble do you think I can get in if I try to fly it on my cp-19 mk 2 (I ~21 ft)?

I was thinking about attaching the head to the fore stay to keep the short sail from flying to far ahead.

I probably should mention that my admiral (read as wife -Ellen) will be my only crew.  She is putting up with my experiments, barely...

Next season I will get a real light air sail...and hopefully keep the same wife.

Thanks

I have not had the guts to try, yet.  Concerned it will de too high off the deck and pull us over.  Waiting for a day of very, very light air.

I have a small one as well that came with the boat when I bought it. I also haven't had the gumption to try and get it rigged up. Still getting used to the new boat. Let us know how she flys if you get her up.
