1st round NYSDMV 1 me 0

Hi,
Went to the dmv today to register the boat & the trailer.
After waiting for 2 hours , i am told that i need a photo on paper of the trailer vin so it can be put on file.
I read all the forms available on line and never seen this information.
I asked  a "manager " , answer : it depends

next round, tomorrow.

Hello Bob23, i am in  NYC ,Queens.

so today went back to another DMV in Manhattan.
Got registration  (tiltle later ) for boat and registration for trailer ( no tiltle in NYS) and the plate !
so why 1 for NYSDMV , they won by getting my money !!!!!
oh, and you know what , they did not ask me for the picture .
And everything  was done in 40 minutes.

after that got to the marina and Yeh !! ,  i have a slip !!.

getting the boat tomorrow from PA. i downloaded the apps 'my one20' (free truck gps routing software) to get me thru the NYC parkway , freeway, highway system. ( the parkway are forbidden to trailers and commercials ..) and of course the marina is on a side of a parkway.
