Sails:
New main sail 2014 from Quantum Sails in Traverse City MI 
I kept the Com-Pac logo and the hull number on the new sail but switched it to a loose footed sail.
Jib Sail on a Roller furller measures 10 feet at the sail foot But not positive of the size %, I put on a new UV stripe (white) in 2013
Extra jib sail measures 8 foot at the foot of the sail
Espirt Spinnaker sail radial cut, with a telescopic whisker pole, perfect for downwind sailing

Magic tilt trailer – new tires in 2011 NEW WINCH THIS YEAR

No foiled rudder but I do have plans for one if you are handy.  Also the swim ladder is removable and in the cabin when not in use.

Thanks for the reply fasteddie, Yes It is in pretty good shape and well cared for over the years.  It has been a fresh water boat all of her time.
