Wanted Compac 19 II or new with bow sprit

I am looking for a Compac 19 with bow sprit somewhere in SE US.  I live in NC.

I am looking at Sailboat Listings, Boat Trader and a few other places.

A 1986 is for sale in Cary, NC. Check it on Onecraigs.
The price is $3750. Says it has been listed for 29 days. Seems like a nice boat and a VG price , but why hasn't it sold??
Maybe some problems show on personal inspection.
