i just e mailed CLR information to small craft adviser to post on their calender of events page. hoping for a good response. im thinking that after this coming CLR either I or another attendee could write a story to submit to the magazine (complete with pictures of course).

I promise not to send them any pictures that may tarnish our spotless reputations.

Just opened my copy of Small Craft Advisor and while perusing through, glass of Chianti in hand, what did mine eyes see? There on page 52 is a nice little write up about the CLR by none other than the honorable kickingbug 1! Get ready for the crowds, mates!!

yeah i saw that too bob. have to say that the folks at SCA did us proud. we can hope that people respond to it. sure would be nice to keep it going. it will be the 10th anniversery next year. although the past attendees are a treasured bunch, it would be nice to have some new people to lie to. i for one welcome sailors of other trailerable boats to come join us. it might be interesting  to sail with (and against other types----people and boats. its always nice to see your name in print. not the usual indictments and death notices.  always hoping for a night sail and the cruise to the silo.

Steve.  Did you guys pick a firm date or is it still floating a bit?  Still hope to sail on down but there are already events listed on the summer sked....  Hope to see you on the water.

Steve,  I have been unable to send SCA pictures are they are too large to send via email, and if I make them smaller the quality is going way down.

So I just burned another CLR 2015 DVD and will just ship Josh from SCA one to view.  All the pictures are burned on the disk as well, so he can access all of them.
That should give them a good idea what the event is about and be able to pick and choose pictures as needed.
