Chuck, I can't claim that pretty little boat, but you are not alone in the Pacific NW. There are two CP-27's that I know of in Oregon (mine and one other) and we both spend time in the Salish Sea. When we were in Friday Harbor in September, I saw a ComPac (maybe a 23?) in the marina there. So there are a few around.
Im a 19 sailor in Southern Oregon...nice boat shown...I was at the Woodboat Festival...didn't see it.
#155 now in Albany Oregon
retrafwo,
Hmmm... the one pictured still rests in Port Townsend.
I just picked up hull #577 in Olympia in May. Keeping her at home in Shoreline and mostly sailing out of Shilshole Bay.
There'a a few of us PNW'ers. And a few more in that other state below us. :)
I'm in Southern Oregon.
I just picked up a 19 in Southern California and will be putting in the water in Nor Cal soon! I didn't even know what a Com-Pac was until I saw one on the water and kid you not, went home and sold my Catalina 25 ( which I loved ) and will soon be selling my West Wight Potter because of the Com-pac 19. Can't wait to get her on the water in a couple of weeks!
All the best, Monte
Folsom Lake California
You won't be sorry - they are amazing all round boats!
