Title: learned a lot
Post by: kickingbug1 on August 05, 2016, 03:48:14 PM
another CLR is history and although i will call it a success, i learned a lot. first off----set the race marks where they can be seen. next year---shorter course. communication could be better as always. wear a shirt while swimming (well wading). know the rules of "cornhole". there are quite a few variations. let brenda helm the boat (she's pretty good). get brenda as a cornhole pardner (that could have been put better). (she's pretty good). figure a way to slow matt down

Oddly enough, I did check the swim ladder and ran my hand under the rudder gudgeon during the first downwind leg of the race as Rich was blanketing me. I remember you behind the boat while you were in the water and the comment about hanging a rotor off the back. If I had found something I would have laughed my butt off. As it was, Rich was just in a good position over me and I was going slow!!! Btw I link we need a cornhole phrf after seeing Brenda's cornhole acumen...
