I have come to the conclusion that it's time to part with my little Compac 23D Pilothouse. Need to move north, wife health issues, and my age helped me arrive at this conclusion.
So, here's the deal; I will take offers and sell soon. She's as Salty as they come and a real headturner. She's in the water at a slip, full sail inventory, Running Yanmar 1GM10 with 800 hours...etc.
