My wife and I are looking for a compac 23. We've looked at a lot of different boats and we think the 23 is the best fit for us.
We want something that we can day sail, and camp out on the weekends with our dog. I live in Clearwater Florida and would be willing to drive around the state for the right boat.

Hey Dom:
This C-23 might be worth the drive north.

Don't know if you'd be interested in a highly modified and very salty 23 but I'm seriously considering downsizing. My boat is in Dunedin Marina. Check out the photo thing at the bottom of this post for a few more pics.

Hi Bob, I'm sending you a private message.
My 1994 Compac 23/3 is in the water at Lake Norman in North Carolina. The trailer needs new tires which I will buy as soon as I get back from California around the 9th of March. The motor was new last year. (Tohatsu Sail Pro 6hp which I have run less than an hour.) The running rigging is new. The sails have been refurbished. The rudder is a high performance foil blade. In addition to the main and jib I have a genoa and two whisker poles.
If you are still looking for a 23 - I've got a nice one for sale with trailer and motor...home marina is Safety Harbor, currently at Westshore Yacht Club (SH marina is being dredged).
Sloop rig, new fully battened main sail, new 130 Genoa, plus 110 Jib and Storm Jib, bimini and 8 HP long shaft Johnson motor.
If interested, can email pictures.
