Just a suggestion: If you list it as Com-Pac instead of Hutchins it will show up when someone searches by manufacturer or builder. There are 57 listings under manufacturer "Com-Pac" and 19 under "compac" (without the dash) when you do a manual search and 33 under Hutchins. I never would have thought to look under Hutchins.
nb - nice louvered doors. Permanent, or removable?
Nice boat. Looks to be in excellent condition.

Good idea from Jeff S. I too couldn't find the listing under ComPac. I did wonder about the $195,000 C-27 for sail. It must have some very special features.
The C-27 is a good looking boat, like WES I like the companion way door/hatch with louvers.
I am surprised to see the name. There was a C-27 in for sale in Washington last year named Triumph.
Good luck with your sale.

Charlie,
I'm almost positive this is the boat that was in Washington at McCotters Marina. I talked to the owner once, as his slip was just across from my CP16. He mentioned if it didn't sell, it would be moved.
Good detective work, Charlie and Mark. Here's Triumoh at her berth in North Carolina mere months ago. Imagine transporting her to Ohio - then reducing the price!

Thanks but I did not understand what the $195,000 is all about, Hans My Phone is 440 915-6005
OOPs ! I meant C-25.
If you go to sailboatlistings.com and then select ComPac, the first boat listed is a 1996 C-25 with an inboard diesel for $195,000.
Must be special.
