Title: 12 volt side panel box
Post by: JD on June 22, 2015, 07:36:02 PM
My restoration on my 27 is comingbalong and am getting ready to launch.
I am installing two main bilge pumps on her and am tracing wires to install new ones. I was checking the 12 volt side ov the electric panel, and noticed a red switch on the panel. I don't know what it is for. I thought it was the main 12 volt main switch. I turned on that switch in the up position , then turned on the 12 volt light, I then pulled hat red switch down with no result. The light stays on .
Anyone gotta suggestion. I called the original owner and he doesn't remember what it is for. Help.... Before I start tracing wires.
Thanks
I'd

OK, that be why my electrical panel is different, I didn't recognize the switch you described.  Sorry I can't be of more help.
