Our marina has only 22 25' slips: one side of one of the docks. I was lucky to get one this year when I downsized from my Catalina 28 to my HDC.
Out of the 22 slips, 4 of the boats are ComPacs: 2 CP19's, HDC, and a HC.

Two docks down there was some excitement the other day...a submarine was brought in!!
Not sure why it sank. Saw it a few days later at one of the local facilities after being salvaged. Nice looking older 33 footer. Too bad. Season is probably over for the owner.
