Title: 1988 - Compac 23/3 For Sale - Knife River, MN

A very well maintained 23/3 on Magic Tilt trailer (four new tires).  Original mainsail. 2009 UK Halsey Passagemaker 130 Genoa/Harken Mark IV roller furling.  2011 Tohatsu (Nissan) 6 H.P. Sailor with less than 50 hours operation.  Solar powered 12 v. electrical, auto helm, AM/FM/CD player (two speakers in cabin/one speaker in cockpit).  Six fenders, three anchors, whisker pole and all new dock lines. Currently being stored in Knife River Marina, Knife River, MN.

Beautiful boat Scott.  If you were anywhere near me, that boat would be sold today.

Thanks for the kind words David.  There are actually quite a few Compacs up in this part of the country.  They work well for cruising the Apostle Island National Seashore due to the shallow draft which enables nice and close anchoring to the sand beaches.  Building a cabin and 5 grandchildren have put an end to my sailing days.......although I will still keep the Laser for some fun !!
