After several months of waiting and years of searching, we have found our perfect CP27. While Steadfast may not stay named as such, she is probably the most well cared for used 27 I have found. I look forward to learning more on this forum and hopefully it will get more active! I'd post a picture if I could.
Congrats!! They are great cruisers! After 3 months aboard cruising, I'm still truly enjoying the 27. I hear ya the picture thing. Life need not be that complicated!
just read the post from Steadfast's now previous owner! it sure sounds like they loved and cared very well for the boat.. enjoy! jt

Thanks for the offer. We will be based in Peoria, IL however have plans to trailer wherever we fancy.
Peoria, you're only 1 1/2 south of us.
Which makes you closer to CLR!

27s are definitely welcome at the clr. we need a "mothership"
Pgu:
I was aboard Steadfast when I met up with Bill and Kate in Cape May, NJ on their way back from Maine. She was obviously loved and I secretly wanted to buy her. You have a wonderful boat and hope to see you at CRL 2015. Maybe we can con Bill and Kate to attend too!

Congrats on the new 27. They sure are pretty boats. Being so close to Caryle Lake, you gotta be there for CLR! Mothership indeed! :)

Please tell me more about CLR?
should we tell him the truth-----or lie? mike you have all the particulars----fill him in. and bob thought he would be sailing the "mothership"
Tell you more? Let's just say it took me 22 hours to get to my first one (2014) and I'd do it all over again...without getting lost, that is. A mere 14 hours. While I only attended one so far, my reputation was ruined beyond fixing, stories and jokes aimed at me are wonderful memories and I cherish the trophy I won which is beyond price.
I'll let more informed veterans of CLR chime in...

Lost, what an understatement!
What Bob failed to mention, is that he left the Jersey coast intending to parcipitate in CLR 2013!
From what I heard, Guido, Vinnie, and Anthony are still waiting for Bob to return home.
They stopped by the house, I don't how they found where I live, and demanded in no uncertain terms, I reveal the whereabouts of "The Bob".
After hours of interegation, they where satisfied I didn't of his whereabouts. (the kitchen still smells of garlic)
Last I saw of them, they where headed to the land of brats and cheese curds. It's good thing the Greenes are elsewhere.

Congratulations on your new boat. Hope you have many years of smooth sailing. I, too, would love to find a well cared for 27 at a fair price. Looking, looking, looking.
