My new running rigging (everything except my jib sheets, main sheet, and vang) arrived. I put Yale Whip Locks on the bitter end of each piece of rigging.

Here are some Pictures of my work. This is very easy to do. I watched a Youtube video to learn.

that is a fun winter project! kind of keeps one in touch with the boat.. at least for those of us up north whose boats are covered for the winter! jt

This is how to do it. Pretty simple!

I agree about keeping in touch with the boat this way. It is so cold here right now that there is no way to work on the boat. This is also why I love doing canvas work during the winter. One winter I took most of the wood off of my old boat (the Hunter 22) and I sanded it down and totally re-finished it indoors.
