Title: Swim ladder dimension
Post by: brackish on January 05, 2015, 09:20:36 AM
OK, it is winter so somebody has got to have their 23 sitting in the back yard.  I need a rough dimension on the folding swim ladder.  The inside dimension between the vertical posts at the rung  (not the bottom curved one).  Not a precise measurement, just need it for ordering tread material so plus a quarter inch OK.  It will save me a 70 mile round trip to measure mine.  Seems to me it was less than ten inches, but I can't find the scrap of paper that measurement was on.

Hi Brackish,  my 23 ladder is 8 1/4" on the top and 8 5/16" on the other 2.  I don't know how you would measure the bottom step.  I would just order a piece 8" and work it down until I was happy with the fit.

Thanks!  Looks like a 12" X 12" x 1" blank will be plenty to work with to get four treads.
