If you'd consider at 27/2, ours may be available.  We currently are in St. Augustine, in transit from our home in Virginia to winter on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Steadfast is a '97, in excellent condition, well-equipped and I can send you a list of specs if you'd like.

My CP27 1986 is in great condition. Has heating and cooling and a full cockpit enclosure. She is docked in Washington NC and is for sale up to Feb.2015 Hans Hauser 440 915-6005.

There is a good looking 2002 27/3 listed in sailboatlistings.com.  The boat is being sold by owner and is located in Madiera Beach.  The listing has not been there long.  There are a dozen or so pictures but none of the transom.  I was trying to get a look at the name to see if the owner is a member of this Assn but no luck.  It likely belongs to someone who is not computer or internet savy.
