Title: KEEL WIDTH
Post by: gcerrito on December 06, 2014, 09:25:10 AM

I have my COMPAC 19/II  in the water BUT need the following info.

QUESTION:   What is the width at the narrowest and widest point on bottom of keel  ?   My guess would be about 12" wide.

If you have one on a trailer, can i get a measurement.  THANKS GUYS! ( AND GALS!).

My 1982 Compac 19 measures 9-1/2 to 9-3/4" at the widest point on the bottom. Since the front of the keel tapers to the widest point approximately 1/3 back and then tapers down till it gets to the back of the boat, I was not sure where to get a "narrowest" measurement. Hope this helps.
