Title: New Forum Area---Boat Building

There is a new forum area to discuss Boat Building and Plans, construction methods, and general chatter related to the art of building boats. Kayaks, Canoes, Row, Sailing, etc all welcome.

Let me know if you would like it to be organized any differently.
