One of the things I couldn't do was use the Avatars from the old forum. They were not able to be imported to this new database. Sorry about that, but, hey, I saved all the old posts! ;D Anyway - Feel free to upload a new Avatar to this new Forum. :)
There are other settings and tweaks that I and the other Admins can and will be doing to the board as we get settled in, so you will probably see some minor changes here from time to time, especially over the next days/weeks.
This board has a "Karma" option. If someone posts some information or a link that you find helpful or enjoyable, you can click on "Good!" to give them a little Karma. Conversely, if they post bad info/links, you can take Karma away by clicking "Tsk Tsk!". Have fun with Karma, but don't abuse it - that's bad Karma! ;)
Don't be scared of the new software - try it out! ;)

text-formatting options available, just
use the buttons above the text-entry box to try them out.
