I know we have some Cp owners in the New Bern area. Are there any in the Jacksonville, NC (New River) area?

Don't know about New River, but I proudly represent the Pamlico. Currently berthed at Little Washington, not far from Bath.

I was raised in Jacksonville but now live 45 minutes away in Kinston. I have sailed the New River, still fish Sneads Ferry but mostly sail the Neuse River.
