Free for picking them up in New Bern.
Our boat came with a deck mounted whisker pole. I did not like the cluttered deck. I was unable to get the jaws to release on one end. You can still see the deck mount. I have another pole that I have been (hopefully) moving around for 20+ years from our first C27 that stores along the lifelines.
The cockpit cushions are in pretty good shape, clean and don't smell, but they have been encroaching on my sleeping space in the v-berth. Decided that they are not worth carrying around.
Interesting story. When we bought the boat, I drained the fuel tank and refilled it with fresh diesel. The fuel gage seemed to work. This week Sunday-Thuesday I sailed New Bern to Broad Creek to Oriental back to New Bern. I have put 17 hours on the engine since filing up and the fuel gauge has still shows full. Yesterday in Oriental it was looking like I would be motoring and I did not want to run out of fuel on the way home, so I removed the gauge. The fuel level was about 1.5 inches from the top of the tank! Really an economical engine. Needed not to worry the wind really picked up, made it home in less than 6 hours with 110 jib and reefed main most of the way.
Any how you are welcome to the cushions and the whisker pole.

Charlie, I'll take the cockpit cushions.
Thanks, TG
Charlie, I'll take the whisker pole and can pick it up in New Bern on my way to Oriental some weekend. Actually I'd also love to go out on your 27 - it's looking like it will be months before I have mine in the water, and I've never actually sailed on a 27.
Thanks and good karma to you -
Wes
Hey Tim, You are welcome to the cushions.
Wes you are welcome to the whisker pole. I will hunt up the other deck mount. I will sail any time, and welcome company. Pick a day and we can sail to Oriental.
Give me a call when you can pick them up. Ph # 252 772 8149.
Thanks to you both for freeing up storage area.
regards charlie
Hey Tim, you still want the cushions?

Yeah Charlie, Life has just gotten in the way of me getting down to you to pick them up. How's your schedule over the next few weeks?
TG
Hey Tim, I am retired, everyday is a Saturday except Sunday when the Pursuer takes me to church (if I am not sailing). Let me know and I will be here. We are heading to Morehead City, Tuesday. Is that closer to you?
regards charlie
Hey Charlie and Tim,
By no means do I intend to encroach or impede a sealed deal. Free is a pretty good deal! As a second option if Tim decides not to take the cushions I will. I live in St. Pete Florida and would pay for any and all shipment costs.
Thanks for the consideration,
SouthernNomad
Hey all, especially Charlie, I will be in your area the 22nd of August.
Hey Tim, cushions are ready, I have an appointment on 21 Aug so I will definitely be here on the 22d.
Looking forward to meeting you (and getting those fusions out of our storage locker).
