That one sure is in nice shape, but the price seems a bit high.
I've been watching a 23 listed near me (Minneapolis) that is a little more rough, but they're asking less than 5k for a 1995.

The trailer has got to be worth a couple grand. But yea, it does seem to be a bit high.
Nate,
if you buy the 23 and need a trailer, this looks like a good deal. it would to be modified, but it should be easy enough.

The $4,900 23 in Minneapolis comes with a trailer. The mooring that it is on is owned by the city, and they do not provide any marina type services, so it is up to the boat owners to launch/recover and store the boats themselves, so I'm guessing the trailer that would come with it would be road worthy.
That 23 in Minn. looks like a bargain. I would think a '95 would be selling for something closer to $11k. Maybe this is the one Mac needs to buy. Then Kick can buy Mac's 19?

The inside looks dry which is a plus but no telling what the deck is like. or what cond the motor is in. if everything works as advertised, this could be a great deal for someone. But easy to get your hands real full real fast.
